# Request - Serviços

Para atender ao novo modelo da Reforma, foram criadas ao todo 4 novos campos:

- NBS
- CONTRACT\_FROM = IBSContributor
- CONTRACT\_FROM = CBSContributor
- CONTRACT\_TO = IBSContributor
- CONTRACT\_TO = CBSContributor

Segue abaixo um modelo de request, com os novos campos adicionados para atender a reforma tributária.

Para que os novos blocos da reforma tributária retornem, os mesmos precisam estar preenchidos com "Y", conforme exemplo abaixo:
