Ordinance

Function that allows the informing of changes in control status of fiscal document, normally the identification of load reception and merchandise entrance in the company. Besides the document’s status, the user can also inform a complementary text. 

To make the use of this Ordinance easier, the search can be formulated by the electronic key of the document that the user wishes to register, or by the transporting vehicle’s license plate. The search by license plate is only efficient if the issuer of the document informs in its content the vehicle identification. 

The search by license plate will bring the most recent documents (from the last 10 days). 

Possible control status displayed: 

• Waiting; 

• Ordinance recepted; 

• Merchandise received; 

• Not received; 

• Total return; 

• Partial return; 

• Divergence detected after receiving; 

• No physical circulation.
