# Atualização do Tax Engine e situações específicas de clientes

Atualmente, os seguintes clientes possuem pacotes de atualização próprios:

- Simonetti
- Fagron

Nesses casos, embora utilizem as atualizações disponibilizadas por meio da URL geral, cada cliente possui um endpoint específico para realizar o processo de atualização.

Além deles, há também a P&amp;G, que apesar de possuir um endpoint próprio, não é enviado pacotes de atualização. Em vez disso, realizamos a atualização diretamente em seu endpoint, conforme as URLs compartilhadas anteriormente.

Todos os demais clientes utilizam exclusivamente a URL geral para atualização.

# Atualizações do TaaS e situações específicas dos clientes

Atualmente temos somente 2 clientes que utilizam o TaaS:

- Mahle
- P&amp;G

 Embora a Mahle utilize o endpoint geral do TaaS é necessário solicitar a autorização para as publicações em produção.

A P&amp;G utiliza endpoint próprio e também requer autorização para as publicações nos ambientes de homologação e produção.

A Systax é responsável pela atualização de todos os ambientes do TaaS, portanto, não é enviado pacote de atualização para os clientes.

# Cockpit

# Cockpit Geral

A maioria dos clientes utiliza o Cockpit Geral, que consiste em um ambiente compartilhado e padronizado da plataforma. Nesse modelo, os clientes e usuários acessam as funcionalidades por meio da mesma infraestrutura e recebem automaticamente as evoluções, correções e melhorias implementadas no produto.

Dessa forma, não há necessidade de customizações específicas ou ambientes dedicados, o que facilita a gestão da solução e garante maior agilidade na disponibilização de novas funcionalidades.

Alguns clientes operam em ambientes dedicados, ou seja, possuem uma infraestrutura exclusiva e segregada do ambiente padrão compartilhado. Nesse modelo, as aplicações, configurações e integrações são disponibilizadas em instâncias específicas para atender requisitos particulares de negócio, segurança, performance ou governança.

A utilização de ambientes dedicados proporciona maior flexibilidade para customizações e controle operacional, permitindo que as atualizações, parametrizações e integrações sejam gerenciadas de forma independente em relação aos clientes que utilizam o ambiente compartilhado.

Os clientes Fagron / Simonetti / Supermercado Pama fazem as atualizações do cockpit via pacote de atualização enviado pelo gerente de contas.

A equipe de TI da Systax faz a atualização dos cockpits dos clientes Vertex.

# Cockpit - Mahle

O Cockpit da Mahle utiliza a infraestrutura padrão disponibilizada na URL geral e está organizado em dois ambientes distintos:

- **Homologação:** ambiente destinado à validação de novas funcionalidades, parametrizações e testes operacionais antes da disponibilização em produção.
- **Produção:** ambiente utilizado para a operação diária da solução, contendo os dados e configurações efetivamente utilizados pelo cliente.

Essa separação permite que as validações sejam realizadas de forma segura e controlada no ambiente de homologação, garantindo maior estabilidade e confiabilidade para as operações executadas em produção.

A diferença da Mahle para os demais clientes é que eles utilizam o sistema de replicação de regras do ambiente de homologação para o ambiente de produção.

# Cockpit - P&G

O Cockpit da P&amp;G está estruturado em três ambientes distintos, cada um com um objetivo específico dentro do processo de evolução e operação da solução:

- **Ambiente RT (Reforma Tributária):** destinado ao desenvolvimento, implementação e validação das funcionalidades relacionadas à Reforma Tributária, permitindo a realização de testes e ajustes em um ambiente controlado antes da sua disponibilização para os demais ambientes.
- **Ambiente de Homologação:** utilizado para a validação funcional das implementações e parametrizações, garantindo que as alterações atendam aos requisitos definidos antes de serem promovidas para produção.
- **Ambiente de Produção:** ambiente utilizado na operação diária do cliente, contendo as configurações e funcionalidades já homologadas e aprovadas para uso.

Essa estrutura permite que as evoluções da solução sejam conduzidas de forma organizada e segura, assegurando a qualidade das entregas e minimizando impactos nas operações produtivas.
