Devolução Personalizada – Regra Cockpit

Visando a melhoria dos nossos produtos, foi implementada a inclusão da Devolução Personalizada das regras no Cockpit, o qual consiste em alterar o retorno do CFOP e do CST para considerar os dados conforme imputado pelo cliente na tela de “Gestão de Devolução”.

Se a configuração “federalDevolucao” estiver ativa, passará a buscar os dados na tela "Gestão de Devolução" no Cockpit, considerando um registro vigente e ativo:

Nos casos em que a configuração "federalDevolucao” estiver ativa e não encontrar na Gestão de Devolução parâmetros ou, a configuração "federalDevolucao” esteja inativa, seguirá efetuando as trocas do CFOP e do CST conforme já ocorrem, ou seja, pelo de-para que temos “por dentro” respeitando os parâmetros de entrada, pelo tpNF=0, e saída, pelo tpNF=1.

Personalized Return – Cockpit Rule

Aiming to improve our products, the inclusion of Personalized Return rules in the Cockpit was implemented, which consists of changing the CFOP and CST return to consider the data as input by the customer on the “Return Management” screen.

If the “federalDevolucao” configuration is active, it will search for data on the “Return Management” screen in the Cockpit, considering a current and active record:

In cases where the "federalDevolucao” configuration is active and no parameters are found in Return Management, or the "federalDevolucao” configuration is inactive, CFOP and CST exchanges will continue to be carried out as they already occur; that is, by the "from-to" comparative that we have “inside”, respecting the input parameters, by tpNF=0, and output, by tpNF=1.
