Situações de implantações

No momento de realizar o cadastro de uma nova empresa, no site Systax, existe um campo chamado “Situação da implantação”, onde escolhemos a situação que se aplica ao status da empresa.

A funcionalidade encontra-se no seguinte caminho: Site Sytax > Cadastro de Usuários > Empresas e Usuários > Cadastrar nova empresa > Situação da implantação

Para cada opção disponível, existe uma tratativa que o sistema vai aplicar no momento em que o cadastro for realizado.

São elas:

Em Prospecção: serve para indicar clientes que ainda estão em fase de testes e ainda não existe cobrança pelo uso das ferramentas

Em Implantação: a tela de produtos novos só mostra itens de clientes nesse status ou “Em Produção”.

Em Testes: serve para indicar clientes que ainda estão em fase de testes e ainda não existe cobrança pelo uso das ferramentas

Em Produção:  indica clientes ativos na Systax, onde existe a cobrança pelo uso das ferramentas

Em Produção Systax Light: funciona da mesma forma que o status “Em Produção”, porém possui a situação específica de acesso as ferramentas do Light

Inativo: não podem acessar as funcionalidades, como Portal CFM e API’s e também são ignorados em ferramentas e serviços pagos

Importante: quando um novo cadastro é criado sem que nenhuma das opções seja selecionada, automaticamente o sistema cria com o status “Inativo”

Conclusão: Os status em que existe cobrança pelo uso das ferramentas são “Em Produção” e “Em Produção Systax Light”. Além disso, o uso das ferramentas nos casos de “Prospecção”, “Implantação” e “Testes” vai depender dos serviços liberados no momento do cadastro da empresa, mesmo que ainda em fase de testes.

Implementation Status

At the moment of registering a new company on the Systax website, there is a field called "Implementation Status," where we choose the situation that applies to the company's status.
The functionality can be found at the following path: Sytax Website > User Registration > Companies and Users > Register new company > Implementation status

For each available option, there is a procedure that the system will apply at the moment the registration is completed.

Here they are:

In Prospecting: it is used to indicate clients who are still in the testing phase and there is no charge for using the tools yet.

In Implementation: the new products screen only shows items from clients in this status or "In Production."

In Testing: it is used to indicate clients who are still in the testing phase and there is no charge for using the tools yet.

In Production: indicates active clients in Systax, where there is a charge for the use of the tools.

In Production Systax Light: works the same way as the "In Production" status, but has the specific situation of access to the Light tools

Inactive: they cannot access the functionalities, such as the CFM Portal and APIs, and they are also ignored in paid tools and services.

Important: when a new registration is created without any options being selected, the system automatically creates it with the status "Inactive".

Conclusion: The statuses in which there is a charge for the use of the tools are "In Production" and "In Production Systax Light." Moreover, the use of the tools in the cases of "Prospecting," "Implementation," and "Testing" will depend on the services released at the time of the company's registration, even if still in the testing phase.
