Fluxo de replicação das regras de serviços aprovadas entre o cockpit homologação e o cockpit produção

O Cockpit é um cliente de gestão de regras tributárias. Trata-se de uma ferramenta interativa que entre outras funcionalidades, visa facilitar a visualização das regras tributárias, permitindo aprová-las, rejeitá-las e exportá-las em formato *.csv. Fornece API´s para integrá-lo em soluções do cliente como ERP´s.

Dessa forma, de acordo com a necessidade do cliente, podemos implementar rotinas específicas que atendam ao seu fluxo operacional. Para atender os clientes que trabalham com cockpits de homologação e produção, desenvolvemos a rotina de replicação de regras de serviços, como segue.

• Cockpit Homologação:
  • Replicação de Regras - Serviços

As regras de serviços são inseridas no cockpit homologação por meio de base intermediária a pedido da empresa.

O cockpit possui 2 tabelas, para receber essas regras, sendo:

• Consultar Regras – Serviços – Tributos Federais
• Consultar Regras – Serviços – Tributos Municipais

A tabela de regras de Serviços – Tributos Federais comporta as regras de Pis e Cofins Receita e Pis, Cofins e CSLL – PCC, IRRF e INSS.

A tabela de regras de Serviços – Tributos Municipais comporta as regras de ISS.

O usuário deve fazer consulta das regras, sendo de tributos federais ou de tributos municipais e clicar no botão .

Abrirá uma tela de pop-up, onde o usuário fará a confirmação da replicação das regras consultadas em tela:

Após a confirmação, isto é, o clique no botão , as regras serão replicadas e retornará a mensagem de confirmação do processo na tela:

As regras consultadas em tela serão replicadas para o cockpit Produção. Os logs de replicação ficarão disponíveis na tela “Log – Replicação de regras”

O cockpit de produção receberá as replicadas através da carga de regras:

Após a conclusão da carga, a regra fica disponível no menu correspondente, ou seja, no Consultar Regras – Serviços – Tributos Federais ou Consultar Regras – Serviços – Tributos Municipais:

Conclusão: Essa rotina é útil para os clientes que usam cockpit de homologação e após a realização dos testes, podem migrar as regras para o ambiente de produção sem intervenção manual.

Flow of replication of approved service rules between the homologation cockpit and the production cockpit

The Cockpit is a tax rule management client. It is an interactive tool that, among other functionalities, aims to facilitate the visualization of tax rules, allowing them to be approved, rejected, and exported in *.csv format. It provides APIs to integrate it into client solutions such as ERPs.

In this way, according to the client's needs, we can implement specific routines that meet their operational flow. To serve clients who work with homologation and production cockpits, we have developed the service rules replication routine as follows.

• Cockpit Homologation:
  • Rule Replication - Services

The service rules are inserted into the homologation cockpit through an intermediate base at the company's request.

The cockpit has 2 tables to receive these rules, namely:

• • Consult Rules – Services – Federal Taxes
  • Consult Rules – Services – Municipal Taxes

The table of rules for Services – Federal Taxes includes the rules for PIS and COFINS. Revenue and PIS, COFINS, and CSLL – PCC, IRRF, and INSS.

The table of Service Rules – Municipal Taxes includes the ISS rules.

The user must consult the rules, whether they are federal or municipal taxes, and click the button .

A pop-up screen will open, where the user will confirm the replication of the rules displayed on the screen:

After the confirmation, that is, the click of the button , the rules will be replicated and the confirmation message of the process will return on the screen:

The rules viewed on the screen will be replicated to the Production cockpit. The replication logs will be available on the "Log – Rule Replication" screen.– Rule Replication" screen.

The production cockpit will receive the replicated ones through the rule load:

After the load is completed, the rule becomes available in the corresponding menu, that is, in Consult Rules – Services – Federal Taxes or Consult Rules – Services – Municipal Taxes:

Conclusion: This routine is useful for clients who use the homologation cockpit and, after conducting the tests, can migrate the rules to the production environment without manual intervention.
