Melhorias na tela de Gestão de Devolução

Com o intuito de melhorar a usabilidade do usuário na tela de Gestão de Devolução, fizemos algumas melhorias na tela de Gestão de Devolução.

As melhorias são as seguintes:

• Alteração da nomenclatura dos campos: de “CFOP Retorno e CST Retorno” para “CFOP Devolução e CST Devolução”;
• Inclusão da coluna ID;
• Inclusão dos filtros para pesquisa dos registros: ativo / desativado;
• Inclusão de combos de pesquisa nos campos;
• Inclusão da possibilidade dos registros em excel.

• Alteração da nomenclatura dos campos: de “CFOP Retorno e CST Retorno” para “CFOP Devolução e CST Devolução

Essa alteração dá ao usuário o entendimento de que as informações nesse campo serão enviadas no resultado do cálculo e posteriormente na NF:


 

• Inclusão da coluna ID

Essa alteração permite ao usuário ter um controle de registros das linhas inseridas:

• Inclusão dos filtros para pesquisa dos registros: ativo / desativado

Esse filtro permite ao usuário visualizar em tela somente os registros ativos ou desativados:

• Inclusão de combos de pesquisa nos campos

Essa alteração permite que o usuário faça pesquisas considerando as informações nos campos:

              - igual = pesquisa exata da informação inserida no campo;
              - diferente = pesquisa de qualquer informação diferente da informação inserida no campo;
              - contém = pesquisa qualquer informação que contém a informação inserida no campo;
              - não contém = pesquisa as informações que não contém a informação inserida no campo;
              - comece com = pesquisa as informações que começam com a informação inserida no campo;
              - termine com =pesquisa as informações que terminam com a informação inserida no campo.

• Inclusão da possibilidade de exportação em excel

Incluímos a possibilidade de exportação das informações em excel, podendo exportar todos os registros ou somente a pesquisa em tela:

Improvements to the Return Management Screen

Ith the aim of improving user usability on the Return Management screen, we made some enhancements to the Return Management screen.

The improvements are as follows:

• Change of field names: from "CFOP Return and CST Return" to "CFOP Return and CST Return";
• Inclusion of the ID column;
• Inclusion of filters for searching records: active / inactive;
• Inclusion of search dropdowns in the fields;
• Inclusion of the possibility of records in Excel.

This change gives the user the understanding that the information in this field will be sent in the calculation result and subsequently in the invoice:

• Inclusion of Search combos in the fields

This change allows the user to conduct searches considering the information in the fields:

- equal = exact search of the information entered in the field;
- different = search for any information different from the information entered in the field;
- contains = searches for any information that contains the information entered in the field;

- does not contain = searches for information that does not contain the information entered in the field;
- starts with = searches for information that starts with the information entered in the field;
- ends with = search for information that ends with the information entered in the field.


 

• Inclusion of the possibility of exporting to Excel

We included the possibility of exporting the information to Excel, allowing you to export all records or only the search results displayed on the screen:




Conclusion: These changes help the user with screen usability, allowing more freedom in screen and spreadsheet searches.
