Rotina para exportação de regras com histórico parcial

No Cockpit foi criada a opção de realizar a extração de regras com histórico parcial.
Essa rotina foi criada para que o usuário possa extrair as regras, de acordo com os parâmetros preenchidos no filtro, considerando a regra atual e a imediatamente anterior, independente do seu status de aprovação/rejeição/pendente.

A funcionalidade está no seguinte caminho:

- Mais Opções > Exportar Regras > Flag Parcial

Após preencher os parâmetros desejados, selecionar a flag “Parcial” e exportar. Dessa forma, o sistema irá retornar o relatório com a regra atual e o histórico anterior, independente da regra estar aprovada ou pendente.

Na primeira coluna com o nome “REGRA”, será informado o status da regra, isto é, se ela é atual ou histórica.

E será informado da seguinte maneira: A ou H, sendo A para Atual e H para Histórico.
Se somente houver um registro para a regra, ela irá retornar no relatório com status A.

Extraindo um Relatório com a Flag “Parcial”

Preencher os parâmetros desejados > Selecionar a flag “Parcial” > Clicar em Exportar

Acompanhar o processamento pelo Grid de log

Verificar o Relatório

Conclusão

A extração do relatório com o histórico das regras apoia principalmente em análises de possíveis mudanças tributárias ou alterações relevantes nas regras, de forma que no arquivo disponibilizado é possível realizar diversos tipos de filtros e formatações.

Routine for exporting rules with partial history

In Cockpit, the option to perform rule extraction with partial history has been created.
This routine was created so that the user can extract the rules according to the parameters filled in the filter, considering the current rule and the immediately previous one, regardless of their approval/rejection/pending status.

The functionality is in the following path:

- More Options > Export Rules > Partial Flag

After filling in the desired parameters, select the "Partial" flag and export. This way, the system will return the report with the current rule and the previous history, regardless of whether the rule is approved or pending.

In the first column titled "RULE", the status of the rule will be indicated, that is, whether it is current or historical.
And it will be informed as follows: A or H, with A for Current and H for Historical.
If there is only one record for the rule, it will return in the report with the A status.

Conclusion

The extraction of the report with the history of the rules mainly supports analyses of possible tax changes or relevant alterations in the rules, so that in the provided file it is possible to perform various types of filters and formatting.
