Passos D0173, D0204 e D0205 - Alteração retorno de regra ID Tributo 95, 94 e 93

Foi realizada alteração nos parâmetros de busca de regras de ID Tributo 95, 94 e 93, realizada pelos passos D0173, D0204 e D0205, respectivamente.

Em análise, foi verificado que a busca dessas regras levava em consideração apenas os parâmetros:

                ID Tributo;

                UF Regra;

                Ex Origem;

                Ex Destinação;

                NCM e EX Tipi;

                ID Produto

                Vigênca.

No entanto, utilizando apenas esses campos para a busca resultou em alguns casos no retorno indevido, conforme exemplo:

O de regra ID 95 que foi criada após encerramento de regra original. A regra original não era aplicada ao debug para o cenário e produto; no entanto, com a busca do passo D0173 levava em conta parâmetros mais abrangentes, o cálculo acabou retornando a regra ID 95, apesar da regra que a originou não estar nele originalmente.

Assim, foi realizado ajuste para incluir os seguintes campos nos parâmetros de busca de regras com ID tributo 95, 94 e 93:

                CFOP;

                ID Natureza Operação;

                Origem Produto;

                UF Origem;

                UF Destino.

Com isso, a busca pelas regras geradas automaticamente está mais específica, garantindo o retorno correto apenas para casos em que a regra original também era aplicada.

Steps D0173, D0204, D0205 – Changes to the return of Tax ID 85, 94 and 93 rules

A change was made to the search parameters of tax rules with tax ID 95, 94 and 93, performed by the D0173, D0204 and D0205 steps, respectively.

In analysis, it was verified that the search of these tax rules took into account only the following parameters:

                Tax ID;

                State rule;

                Origin profile;

                Destination profile;

                NCM and EX TIPI;

                Product ID;

                Effect date.

However, utilizing only those fields for the search resulted in some cases where the return was incorrect, as in the following example:

A tax ID 95 rule that was created automatically after the closure of a standard tax rule. The original rule was not applied to the calculation of a certain scenario and product; however, with the rule search from the D0173 step, it took into consideration the broader parameters listed above, and the calculation ended returning the rule with tax ID 95, even though the rule that originated it wasn’t appliable to the operation at hand.

Thus, an adjustment was implemented to include the following parameters in the search for tax rules with tax ID 95, 94 and 93:

                CFOP;

                Operation Nature ID;

                Product Origin;

                Origin State;

                Destination State.

With this, the search for tax rules generated automatically is now more specific, guaranteeing the correct return only in cases when the original rule was also appliable.
