Histórico Parcial de Regras

Para atender a necessidade dos usuários quanto à comparação das regras atuais e históricas, desenvolvemos o relatório de histórico parcial.

O objetivo desse relatório é trazer para o usuário somente a regra atual e a linha de histórico anterior, independente da regra estar aprovada ou não.  Assim, é possível comparar todos os campos da regra atual com o registro anterior e comparar as diferenças.

Para emitir o relatório, o usuário deve acessar a rotina de “Exportar Regras” no cockpit:

Para emitir o relatório, basta fazer os filtros na tela ou na tela do Filtro Personalizado e emitir o relatório:

Conclusão:

O relatório parcial permite que o usuário verifique o registro atual e anterior comparando as mudanças de um registro para o outro, não precisando assim filtrar os registros anteriores e excluir como ocorria no relatório com histórico, onde retornava todos os registros históricos de uma determinada regra.

Partial History of Rules

To meet the need to compare current and past rules, we developed the partial history report.

The purpose of this report is to bring to the user only the current rule and the line showing the previous records of that rule, regardless of whether the rule is approved or not.  Thus, it is possible to compare all the fields of the current rule with the previous record and compare the differences.

To issue the report, the user must access the “Export Rules” routine in the cockpit:

Conclusion:

The partial report allows the user to check the current and previous record by comparing changes from one record to another, without having to filter the previous records and delete them, as was the case in the history report, where it returned all the historical records of a given rule.
